Claude Monet was the founder of French Impressionist painting. His garden was one of his inspirations to some of his works, such as the series of lily pads in different lighting. Claude Monet’s garden was opened to public visit in 1980 after restoration. Tourists are fascinated by the Flower Garden, and Water Garden.
