Throwing a Party? Set Up Your Own Cocktail Bar

Are you hosting a party of your own? Everybody knows that a party isn’t really a party without some pleasing cocktails. No matter the reason for your party, most guests do not want to get bored and would love to have a refreshing, satisfying and yummy drink to enjoy while they mingle and eat snacks. There’s something about cocktails that makes them so much fun to drink. The aroma, the colors – oh for sure you’ll love them for life!

Cocktail drinks do not have to be a bank-breaking feature you’d much rather skip. So, if you’re throwing a party, setting up your own cocktail bar with budget-friendly cocktails would be a great idea. In fact, I’ve realized mixing cocktails instead of just lining the bottles in a self-serve manner helps the same amount of liquor stretch much further.

As the host, you can plan some unique mixtures to wow your nearest and dearest guests. Of course, it’s always best to try them out first. But, before you try these heavenly drinks, make sure you’ve eaten something too; otherwise, you won’t be able to try many of those.

Here are 10 easy to make budget-friendly cocktails that can be done in a jiffy and you won’t be sorry serving this up to everyone on your guest list:

Tequila Sunrise

This fancy-looking cocktail is one of the few that you can make even with your eyes closed and it never fails to impress. A bottle of tequila can really go a long way if you decide to surprise your guests. The ingredients are easy to find that you’ll have no problem fitting into your budget and there will be plenty of grenadine syrup for your next party.

Ingredients: 4 oz. Orange juice, 2 oz. tequila, ½ oz. grenadine syrup, Orange slice for garnish (Optional)

Directions: Pour the tequila and orange juice into a highball glass with ice cubes. Stir. Slowly pour the grenadine syrup around the side edge of the glass, it will sink ad slowly rise to mix with the other ingredients naturally. Garnish with orange slice.
