Stop shoving your food down your throat every few seconds. People need to know that it can take at least 20 whole minutes for your brain to actually realize that you are full. Actually try and enjoy your food, rather than scarfing the entire meal down in 5 minutes. Eating slowly will make sure that you only eat enough of what you need, and not too much. This may seem pretty simple, but it has a huge effect especially on people aiming to lose weight, as it is often caused by eating more portions than your body actually requires.
