The world’s most expensive hamburger is said to be found in Honky Tonk restaurant, Chelsea, West London. This London restaurant claims to have created the world’s most expensive burger, embellished with gold leaf, lobster and caviar. The Hamburger costs at 1,100 pounds and it took three weeks to develop and has been verified by Record Setters as the highest prices across the world. The patty is seasoned with Himalayan salt served with a Canadian lobster poached in Iranian Saffron. At the center of the burger is a black truffle Brie that creates as a liquid pocket. On top, there is a bacon coated with maple syrup, beluga caviar and a hickory smoked duck egg covered in gold leaf. To finish, the bun is seasoned with Japanese matcha and cream mayonnaise and coated in gold leaf.
