1.  Take Medication

 There are several over-the-counter medicines available that could get rid of motion sickness. Take the medication at least thirty minutes or an hour before your scheduled departure. When taking long flights, ask your doctor to prescribe you with scopolamine patches that you can purchase and bring with you during your trip. These patches can provide aid up to 72 hours. However, if you are a pilot or a flight attendant, it is best to consult your aviation physician for cure to airsickness.
