Life-Threatening Illness Couldn’t Stop This Adorable Groovy Little Girl from Zumba

Audrey Nethery, 6 year old from Louisville, Kentucky has captured so many hearts when her video doing zumba was spread around the internet. Her cute moves and music pumping workout has made many people fall in love with her. But behind that adorable face and groovy dance moves, Audrey is suffering from a rare disease called Diamond Blackfan Anemia where the bone marrow malfunctions and her body fails to make red blood cells that carry oxygen throughout the body.

Normally, individuals with Diamond Blackfan Anemia have physical abnormalities and requires blood transfusion every 3-5 weeks but Audrey’s rare condition doesn’t stop her from doing what she loves the most.. zumba! This amazing little girl is slowly on her way to the top and at the same time she is raising awareness for Diamond Blackfan Anemia.
