9. Seated Leg Raise 

Sit down, put your hands back, put your feet together, lift it off the ground and raise. It’s similar to doing the laying leg raise to where your body is all the way down but you’re going to sit up a little bit, so this way it works your abs a little bit more on the top part of your abdominal area.

10. High Knees 

Put your hands on the level of your belly button and touch your knees to it.

 

 

In addition, swimming is also one of the best ways to lose love handles. It has work for some women and for sure it will work for you too. Swim 3 times per week to 30-40 minutes.

Don’t forget if you want to get rid of love handles, make sure you’re doing all three of these things and if you missed out on one, the chances  of you getting rid of it is going to be tough.

  1. Get your work out in like five days a week or 4 days a week. Be sure you stay consistent on it. Don’t spend more than an hour maximum. It should be 20 minutes minimum.
  2. Make sure your diet is on point. Don’t try to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. Just keep the meals healthy and eat whenever you’re hungry or whenever you’re starving. Give yourself a chance to be a little hungry so it allows your body to burn a little bit more fat.
  3. Do a short cardio session after every work out to ensure that you burn the maximum amount of calories. Your cardio session only needs to be 5- 10 minutes long.

Aside from exercising, the best and fastest way of removing love handles is to ensure that you follow a healthy eating pattern and you need to get rid of everything and anything which leads to accumulation of body fat. That means you have to remove candies, chocolates, fried chicken, tacos and white flour from your diet completely so you can lessen the accumulation of body fat. It does not matter how much you work out if you’re not really focusing on removing all these products from your diet.
