6. Side Plank

Get on to your side. Arms on the floor 90 degrees. Get your feet together and stabilize your feet. Lift your body up and bring it down. Do it 15 times on each side. Make sure you really feel your obliques working.

7. Superman Workout

Lie flat on your belly. You can extend your arms forward if you want to and your legs slightly wide apart. Lift your body using your lower back. Do it 15 times.  Perfect Form Try to lift your hips off the floor, not just your legs.

8. Jump Knee Tuck Burpee 

That is going to be the cardio section that really gets the heart rate going, burning the same amount of calories and fat.
