Day 6 is a lot like day 5, only that you need to eat as many vegetables instead of restricting yourself to tomatoes. You can eat your meat or fish with vegetables either stir-fry or salad. By now, your body is well under way with the weight loss and you will notice a difference in the way you feel and how your clothes fit today.
