The Kopi Luwak is also known as civet coffee. It is the most expensive coffee in the world. The coffee is only made on the islands of Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi and what makes it special is the processing cycle. It has been produced by the coffee beans which have been digested by a certain Indonesian cat-like animal called then palm civet or civet cat. The coffee luwak is also called cat poop coffee because the feces of this cat will be collected, finished as sold as Kopi Luwak.
