12. Salt
It’s not a good idea to share salty food like chips or pretzels with your dog. Eating too much salt can cause excessive thirst and urination that can lead to sodium ion poisoning. If eaten in large quantities it may lead to electrolyte imbalance such as vomiting and diarrhea, excessive heat and sever illness. It may even cause death.
13. Yeast dough
Yeast dough that is used to make bread should be kept away from dogs. The raw yeast dough can ferment in a dog’s stomach, becoming toxic. It can expand and produce gas in the digestive system causing pain and possible rupture of the stomach or intestine.
