Fast Growing Salmon
They were the first controversial fish designed by Aquabounty Farms that were injected a growth hormone trans-gene into fertilized salmon eggs which the hatchlings would grow to maturity two or four times faster than the normal rate. They names it “Advanced Hybrid Super Salmon” but the grocers refused to sell them in the market in order to protect consumers and fisherman’s jobs.
Translucent Frog
This see-through frog was created in Japan to aid science in many ways they can think of. Their body is clear enough that you can even see the organs, cardiovascular system and eggs without the need of dissecting. One interesting fact about these frogs is that you can also see how those internal organs change and grow inside its body.
